What You’ll Do:

As an IT Solution Sales Specialist, you will:

  • Identify and engage new clients within small to medium-sized organizations requiring data center solutions, networking services, and security/compliance support.
  • Follow up with prospective customers via emails, voicemails, and site visits to maintain engagement and satisfaction.
  • Proactively initiate contact with potential clients. Work to understand and assess their data management and networking performance needs, and develop customized solution to meet their specific requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and presentations that effectively articulate the data management and networking solutions, and communicate the Company’s value proposition to small and medium-sized organizations
  • Manage existing accounts and prospect new business through cold-calling, canvassing, and face-to-face engagements
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, emerging technologies and market opportunities to better serve clients and maintain MPVwifi’s competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the team to execute sales strategies, drive business growth, and meet revenue targets.
  • Participate in daily team meetings to provide updates on sales activities, market trends, and progress towards sales targets.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales. Proven success in the IT or technology industry with a strong understanding of data centers, networking services, and IT security/compliance is preferred.
  • Valid drivers license and access to vehicle is required for this role.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of developing lasting client partnerships and effectively engaging with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
  • A professional, known for integrity and a results-oriented approach.
